We have 10 different colors to select. The colors listed with a color tube covering will be a lighter shade of lit sign even when turned off. While this list is the list of our standard colors, please reach out to us if you prefer to have a color-changing option.

Is There a Free Design Service Available?
Yes, there is a FREE custom design service available to all customers. We offer one or more designs for you to approve without any additional charges. Before going into production, you can make changes or cancel the design for a full or partial refund. However, once the sign goes into production, there are no refunds available. If you do not select any proof to be sent to you, the sign will automatically go into production.
How Do I Hang or Mount my Sign?
Our signs weigh between 6 to 11 pounds and come with pre-drilled holes, making mounting simple. They are also easy to transport due to their lightweight. We offer kits to assist with the hanging. However, there are simple hardware tools you can use as well.
Fishing wire – we recommend heavy-duty and use fisherman knots
Rope – we recommend any secure knotting styles
Heavy-duty Removable Hooks – strongly suggested that you use multiple hooks to distribute the weight for a secure hold

Do I Need a Remote or Dimmer?
While not mandatory, all our signs automatically come with a remote and dimmer at checkout. These remotes allow you to adjust the brightness, offer a party mode (flashing lights), and turn the light on and off.
Can I Use My Sign Outside?
Our standard signs are designed for indoor use only, as they are not watertight. However, if you can protect them from any exposure to moisture, you can use them anywhere. We also offer custom signs available for outdoor use, but you will need to let us know before production.
What is the Difference Between Glass Neon and LED Neon?
We pride ourselves on creating a product that is safe, easy to use, and a long-life product. The following are the differences between LED and glass and why LED is better.
- Affordable – LED is a cheaper product to make and easier to replace tubing for repairs.
- Durability - LED is flame-resistant, flexible, and constructed of high-quality PVC tubing that is shatter-resistant.
- Energy-Efficient - LED signs use less power than glass signs. Glass signs require a 3KV-18KV voltage, while LED only needs a 24V/120V.
- Safety - LED lights are cool to the touch and do not shatter, making them safe around children and pets.
- Easy Installation - LED signs are lightweight and mount similar to any artwork. There are no special installation instructions to follow.
- Easy to Maintain – All of our signs require minimal to no maintenance, unlike glass lighting that needs professionals to maintain.
- Lightweight – Our signs never weigh more than 12-pounds, so they are portable. This allows you to use them anywhere you desire without worrying about moving costs.
- Noise-free - Glass signs are known for their annoying buzzing sounds, which are non-existent with LED lighting.
- No Interference - LED lights do not interfere with other electronics in your house or office space.
- Brighter Light - LED glows at 210 lm/m, unlike glass that produces light at 197 lm/m.
- Longer Lifespan - LED lights last approximately five times longer than glass tube signs, roughly 50,000 hours.
The only thing that LED struggles to compete with glass tubing is the nostalgic look. We can create similar looks, but they will not be the same.
Are They Environmentally Friendly?
LED lights are designed to be ten times more efficient than glass tube lighting. They only use 24v/120v, making them more environmentally friendly. Glass signs will require 3kv-18kv voltage, increasing your energy costs and fire risks. Finally, LED signs are safer for the environment in that they last longer and do not use harmful chemicals. For those who are looking for natural products, we offer wooden backboards as an option.
